The holiday house „Villa Lavanda“ is placed in Kanfanar, in a peaceful environment of central Istria. Completly renewed and refurbished, the house offers the greatest comfort to people which want to relax in peace and calm, away from the bustle of the town. The abundance of green and flora of the garden around the house, owerall the experience of the rest in the holiday house.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two big and one smaller bath rooms, one large living room, the kitchen with dining room and one terrace which offers a view of the sea and fascinating landscape. All the rooms are conditioned, with new and modern furniture. To the guests are also available free wi-fi, a safe, a telephone, satellite TV, the washing machine, the sheets, towels and all that’s necessary for all the year. From the living room there’s the possibility to descend directly in the garden, where is places the swimming pool with whirpool, deckchairs, beds and the shower.
There are also available the gazebo, a little chimney for the grill and the swings for the youngest. Adjacent to the pool, on the ground floor, you can join the fitness room adequately equipped, the sauna, jacuzzi and other rooms for socialization and fun like the tavern with the fireplace. The guests will also have 6 bicycles with which they can venture on numerous bike trails in Kanfanar and nearby.
Behind the house there’s one huge garden where the owners grow seasonal fruits and vegetables, which are in complete disposition for the guest that want to taste (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, watermelons, cucumbers, carrots, salad and more).
